Making our home at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto for three nights, we look forward to all of the wonder that lies in store for us. Our discovery kicks off with a city tour, while Your World experiences offer the chance to explore the Distillery Historic District the Royal Ontario Museum. At Niagara Falls, we cruise to the base of the thundering waters.

We’re bound for Kingston, gateway to the Thousand Islands National Park. Here, we relax on a cruise amid the idyllic islands that dot the St Lawrence River, then check in to Château Laurier in Ottawa. Take in the parliamentary buildings, Government House and pass by the official residence of the prime minister on a tour. By rail, we head for Montréal, checking in to the lavish Ritz-Carlton Montréal.

Stop at the summit of Mount Royal Park for panoramic views of the city blanketed under golden and russet leaves, before a guided tour of Notre-Dame Basilica. Your World experiences include a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts, the chance to attend the annual Sugaring-off celebration, a food tour or a journey into the Laurentian Mountains. We acquaint ourselves with our ship, Silver Wind.

The night has taken us along the St Lawrence River to Québec City. Through the city’s enchanting, narrow alleyways, tour the old port of Québec and the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Visit Île d’Orléans or Wendake on Your World experiences. Further along the river, we dock at Tadoussac, where we may choose to board Zodiacs and look for whales or visit the Interpretation Centre on Marine Mammals. We then relax during a day at sea.

Reaching the red cliffs of Îles de la Madeleine we set out on Your World experiences to the Saint-Pierre de La Vernière church, or a herring smokehouse and a fromagerie. At Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, pay a visit to the Alexander Graham Bell Museum or take an historical Sydney walking tour on the available Your World experiences.

The Nova Scotian capital, Halifax is at our doorstep today. Here, Your World experiences lead us to the Halifax Citadel, the Spring Garden Road area and the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, or out to the Annapolis Valley on a gourmet adventure. Saint John is our next port of call, where Your World experiences invite us to explore the town or visit the Fundy Coast.

Welcome to the USA. Charming 20th-century Victorian mansions built by America’s elite brush past on our way to Acadia National Park. We wander beneath the spruce and fir trees then taste the local lobster for lunch. Onwards and we get to know Boston on Your World experiences that lead us along the Freedom Trail or to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

The iconic skyline of New York City comes into view as we float along the Hudson River. We farewell our ship delve into Upper Manhattan and the Upper East Side, before a Broadway Show to remember. The following day is spent in Lower Manhattan, where incredible vistas from the One World Trade Observation Deck await. We may discover the Art Deco icons with a local architect or visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Your World experiences.

On our final day in New York, spend the morning on your schedule or take the opportunity to experience the High Line walk, a meandering green trail built on an elevated section of the decommissioned New York Railroad on Manhattan’s West Side. This afternoon, we say our goodbyes and part ways with smiles on our faces.
