Our journey begins as we board our Royal Jet bound for Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. On arrival, we draw nearer to the towering form of Uluru by road. Our guide then relates Tjukurpa creation stories as we join the Kuniya Walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole. Contemplate the immensity and timelessness of Uluru-Kata Tjuta as we traverse the park, before pausing to indulge in canapes and bubbles while overlooking the iconic monolith. Boarding our Royal Jet again, our pilot charts a course for Kununurra. Here, our group splits up, with half heading on a helicopter journey to El Questro Homestead; the remainder flying by light aircraft to Berkeley River Lodge. Soak in the atmosphere of each luxury lodge, with free time to relax, before sitting down to a dinner of local flavours at our accommodation.

Across the next few days, we’re treated to a variety of Your World experiences. El Questro guests may choose to walk through El Questro Gorge, stopping at a swimming hole before continuing toward the escarpment’s peak, where a waterfall oasis awaits. Learn about the area’s history and pioneers during an intimate Kimberley experience featuring lookouts, boab trees and tranquil waterholes. Alternatively, join an El Questro ranger on a birdwatching experience. The park is home to over 100 different avian species including brolgas, Gouldian finches and pheasant coucals. This afternoon, explore Chamberlain Gorge on a cruise while enjoying sparkling wine and fresh fruit from the Ord Valley. Take a Kimberley 4WD tour, arriving in time for sunset at Buddy’s Point, where you’ll enjoy cheese and wine. Otherwise, sit back and relax at serene Zebedee Springs, a series of natural thermal springs nestled among lush palm trees and rocky outcrops. El Questro guests will also have the opportunity to board a helicopter flight to the Cockburn Ranges. Your helicopter comes to rest along the range, where you’ll savour wine and cheese before a setting sun.

Berkeley River Lodge guests, meanwhile, select from the following Your World experiences. Hike along Casuarina Creek, walking to the top of the gorge to view the creek below. Then, take a dip at a nearby waterhole before continuing to Casuarina Falls. After stopping to admire Indigenous rock art, take a cruise back to our lodge. Lap up coastal scenery on a 4WD adventure, driving along the beach while looking out for saltwater crocodiles and sharks, before negotiating the sand dunes to Cape St Lambert. Join a cruise of the tranquil Berkeley River and admire its soaring sandstone cliffs. You may prefer to cast a line from the rocks in the hopes of catching one of the iconic barramundi that swim here. Berkeley River Lodge guests will also have the opportunity to take a helicopter flight over the vast Kimberley landscape. Your helicopter will come to rest near remarkable Indigenous rock art galleries, before heading for King George Falls, briefly hovering above the waterfall, then following the gorge to the river’s mouth. Here, scan the area for jabirus, crocodiles and dugongs. Your pilot will then set you down at a remote waterhole to cool off and admire the sunset before returning to our lodge.

Make the most of a second full day at El Questro and Berkeley River. Perhaps take part in one or two of the remaining Your World experiences from yesterday.

After enjoying breakfast at our respective lodges, both groups fly to Kununurra this morning, where we reconvene for a cruise along the Ord River. The vast river system is rich in wildlife and we keep watch for wallabies, jabirus and, of course, crocodiles. Returning to Kununurra, our groups switch places and depart for their lavish accommodation at either Berkeley River Lodge or El Questro Homestead. This evening, savour a delicious dinner at your lodge.

Whether based at Berkeley River or El Questro, the Your World experiences on offer are sure to entice you. Today, immerse yourself in these two awe-inspiring destinations. Swim, hike, cruise and taste your way through the Kimberley.

Take advantage of our final full day at Berkeley River and El Questro today, joining a couple of the Your World experiences you may have missed yesterday.

Enjoy a final breakfast at your lodge in the Kimberley this morning, before flying to Kununurra to reunite with the rest of our group. From here, we rejoin our Royal Jet and soak in West Australia’s stunning landscapes during a relaxing flight to coastal Busselton. A short drive brings us to Yallingup and the tranquil surrounds of Cape Lodge, our idyllic home for the next two nights. Take the afternoon to relax or explore, before we treat ourselves to a sunset drink on the deck. Enjoy local flavours this evening in the Lakeside Restaurant.

Following breakfast at Cape Lodge, we’re offered a choice of two Your World experiences. Visit the renowned Fraser Gallop Estate, which enjoys a blissful seclusion amid its lakeside setting and perfectly manicured grounds. Join head winemaker Clive Otto and owner Nigel Gallop for a close-up look at the estate’s operations, before moving to the barrel room for a private tasting of its prized vintages. Alternatively, join a comprehensive tour of the region, including a visit to the iconic Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. From here, head to Ngilgi Cave, which boasts an exquisite collection of awe-inspiring caverns. Afterwards, the Indian Ocean coastline reveals the unique geology of Canal Rocks, formed by wind and water over millions of years. Finally, call in at Gabriel Chocolate and Vasse Virgin for award-winning chocolate and olive indulgences.

Coming together with our fellow guests once more, we enjoy lunch in the Barrel Room at Fraser Gallop Estate. A stroll through the property’s immaculate grounds rounds off our time at this celebrated winery. Relax back at Cape Lodge this afternoon before we proceed to Vasse Felix Estate, whose restaurant has been reserved exclusively for our Farewell Dinner.

After breakfast at Cape Lodge, we return to Busselton Margaret River Airport to join our Royal Jet for a final time. Reflect upon our remarkable journey together, as our pilot charts a course for Sydney.
