We set off mid-morning on our exclusive business class private jet, enjoying gourmet meals and free flowing champagne, bound for the easily reached French territory of New Caledonia. We arrive in the capital, Noumea and settle in to our ocean view rooms at Le Meridien Noumea Resort & Spa spending the afternoon at leisure. A special night awaits with a Welcome Dinner to get to know our small group at nearby Le Roof restaurant, overlooking Anse Vata Beach.

After breakfast, we explore the capital’s French style combined with Melanesian culture on a morning city tour. We tour bays and scenic lookouts, then head to the heart of Noumea, where brilliant red flame trees frame the scene. There’s time to sample delights at a chocolate shop and French bakery while along the way we learn more about Noumea’s fascinating history and beautiful architecture. Our afternoon unfolds with a choice of Your World experiences. You may choose to relax at our hotel and indulge in a massage, or alternatively, enjoy a free afternoon to shop and wander the Latin Quarter. Tonight, it’s our choice from some of Noumea’s best restaurants to sample, or choose to dine at the resort.

Today we can choose from two Your World experiences. We can spend the morning savouring French cuisine in a cooking class with a host chef before enjoying the fruits of our labour. The afternoon is then yours free to relax at the hotel perhaps opting for a massage or discovering more of Noumea. Alternatively, a stunning short flight over Noumea’s lagoon will bring us to the glorious Isle of Pines for a day of adventure. We explore the idyllic beaches lining Kuto and Kamumera bays, and visit Queen Hortense’s Cave and Our Lady of The Assumption Church in Vao, before a seaside lunch. Our Isle of Pines afternoon gives us time to swim in the pristine waters, snorkel on the reefs, or enjoy a gentle stroll before the flight back to the capital. This evening, the choice is yours to dine at a hotel within the resort or renowned local restaurants nearby.

Today a new adventure awaits. We bid adieu to New Caledonia and board our private jet touching down in Nadi, Fiji for a fuel stop before arriving at our destination - Nuku’alofa, the capital of Tonga. This Polynesian kingdom is renowned for its rich cultural inheritance passed down through generations, showcased through dance, music, art and cuisine. Upon arrival, we check into our rooms at the Tanoa International Dateline Hotel and leisurely take in the vista out to the Pacific Ocean. After settling in, take a seat for dinner at the hotel.

This morning we enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour around Tongatapu Island taking in the Royal Palace, the Royal Tombs, Captain Cook’s landing place, the markets and the Mapu'a Vaea Blowholes near the village of Houma. Viewing waves crash through volcanic channels to create a plume-like effect as far as the eye can see along the coast is a tour highlight. This afternoon, there’s the option of a Your World experience with an Ancient Tonga cultural village visit. In this culturally immersive experience, we tour a traditional Tongan thatched roof house, and learn ancient practices of food preparation, medicinal remedies, and the art of Ngatu making and weaving. Alternatively, enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at the hotel or explore Nuku’Alofa.

After breakfast, we rejoin our private jet, taking a quick fuel stop in Raratonga before charting a course for French Polynesia, a collection of coral-fringed islands world-renowned for crystalline turquoise waters. Upon arriving in Papeete, we take a fast ferry to the nearby island of Moorea. The Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa will be our residence for the next three nights. After a welcoming drink, we check in to our opulent overwater bungalows, where we can savour lagoon views from every angle, including via a glass floor window inside the bungalow. This evening, we enjoy dinner served at our resort.

Guests opting to travel on our Bora Bora enhancement transfer by light aircraft to Bora Bora. Upon arriving we take a speedboat to the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, a sand-fringed idyll in the shadow of Mount Otemanu. We settle in to our Lagoon-view Overwater Bungalows before enjoying dinner just steps away at one of the resort’s restaurants.

This morning, we enjoy all that French Polynesia’s famed waters offer by taking a half-day Moana Lagoon boat cruise gliding between sandy bays and glittering lagoons. We dive into the crystalline waters and swim amongst friendly stingrays and blacktip reef sharks. We then drop anchor on a deserted island and feast on a delicious Tahitian-style picnic lunch before more swimming and snorkelling in the idyllic Moorea Lagoon spotting a kaleidoscope of tropical fish. The afternoon is free to relax on our private overwater bungalow deck, or enjoy a signature massage inspired by ancestral Tahitian techniques at the resort’s spa. Tonight, our group reconvenes for an intimate beachside barbeque dinner.

Guests staying in Bora Bora have a choice of Your World experiences. Discover archaeological and historical treasures on a 4WD cultural safari around the island or opt for an indulgent massage at The Spa at Four Seasons. The afternoon is yours to unwind and relax before dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants.

We begin the day with an island tour of the heart-shaped Moorea and admire stunning views around Cook’s Bay and Opunohu Bay. Both bays were visited by Captain James Cook in the 1700s. We then visit a pineapple plantation, and afterwards take in the panoramic vista from Belvedere Lookout. We then get the opportunity to visit the village of Maharepa to browse the pearl shops. After lunch at the resort, enjoy a free afternoon to relax in our airy overwater bungalow viewing the underwater spectacle unfolding around us. There’s time to book in one more massage in the resort’s spa. Tonight, there is a choice of restaurants to savour at our hotel or nearby.

Guests staying in Bora Bora can choose to take a shark and ray snorkelling safari amongst colourful sea life in the turquoise lagoon or a pampering massage at The Spa at Four Seasons. A free afternoon affords the opportunity to savour time in our overwater bungalows before sitting down to dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants.

This morning we take a fast ferry transfer back to Papeete. Here, there’s ample time to explore the bustling  market and Tahiti Pearl Market. Guests on our Bora Bora enhancement reunite with the group, all aboard our business class private jet bound for Apia, the capital of Samoa, with a refuel stop in Rarotonga en route. The island nation of Samoa is renowned for enriching cultural experiences and natural wonders including waterfalls and an impossibly picturesque giant swimming hole. Upon touchdown, we settle into our ocean view room at Taumeasina Island Resort before enjoying dinner at the resort’s restaurant.

Today we have the choice of three Your World experiences. The first is a morning Apia tour taking in the historic tombs of the Mulinu’u peninsula, the markets and the Mailelani organic coconut oil factory. We admire the intricate design details of the Samoa Catholic Cathedral before visiting writer Robert Louis Stevenson’s former home, now a museum set in magnificent gardens. Alternatively, choose the full day natural water beauty spots of Upolu tour. Be spellbound by the Falefa Falls before swimming and snorkelling at the white-sanded Lalomanu Beach. Travel along the coast of Upolu to the awe-inspiring To Sua Ocean Trench, a natural deep swimming hole surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Enjoy lunch, then choose to dive in or just enjoy the spectacle. Our final stop is to view the grandeur of the Papapapaitai Falls. Or choose the full day traditional Samoan life experience. We head to Poutasi Village where we are invited to experience Samoan customs. As part of the tour, the Matai or chief of the village will formally welcome us with a kava ceremony. We witness incredible fire knife dancing, learn how to prepare traditional tapa cloth, and view a cooking demonstration in an earth oven of hot volcanic rocks, followed by a sampling of umu-cooked delights. The tour ends with a warm singing and dancing farewell in the ceremonial fale.

This morning we board our private jet, make a fuel stop in Nadi, then touch down in Port Vila, the harbourside capital of Vanuatu on the island of Efate. Vanuatu is famed for its myriad hidden bays and beaches, and abundant snorkelling and diving opportunities. Our residence for the next two nights is a lagoon view room at the Warwick Le Lagon. After settling in, we savour a leisurely dinner at the hotel.

Today we have a choice of Your World experiences to entice us. On the morning Port Vila tour, we find out how the French and British influenced the island’s culture and visit key landmarks including Parliament House, the British and French jailhouses, and the Cultural Centre before browsing the Port Vila market. A free afternoon then presents the chance to experience Vanuatu at your own pace, whether through exploration and adventure or rest and relaxation. Alternatively, aquatic adventures beckon with the full day culture and snorkelling tour beginning with an enriching visit to Pepeyo Cultural Village before venturing to Castaway Island. White sandy beaches and turquoise crystal-clear waters provide the setting for some magnificent snorkelling opportunities. Between underwater explorations, a private beach chef-prepared barbecue will be served. Or opt for the full day Turtle Sanctuary and snorkelling tour where we meet baby Hawksbill turtles and learn about their conservation on Tranquility Island before enjoying a tropical nature walk and spectacular snorkelling at Jade Beach. Come sunset, the group reconvenes for a final Farewell Dinner at our resort, savouring the company of our new-found friends.

After a leisurely morning we board our business class private jet bound for the palm-filled paradise of Norfolk Island. We take an island tour and view the panoramic Cyclorama painting depicting the infamous Mutiny on the Bounty before enjoying lunch on the island. It’s then time to bid farewell to our exclusive South Pacific adventure, embarking on our journey home to Australia in comfort.
