Discover the remote harbours and vibrant cities of Asia during this culinary cruise. In a small group of just 24 guests, we approach the shores of Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong aboard Silversea’s luxurious ship, Silver Moon. At the conclusion of our cruise, our gourmet host, Paul Schenk, introduces us to the diverse dining experiences of South Korea during six nights in two of its most dynamic cities. ISLAND HOPPING ACROSS JAPAN
Discover the stories and sites of Japan’s remote regions. On the island of Shikoku, return to the samurai era during a visit to Kochi Castle. Further west, we step ashore on Kyushu, where Nagasaki Peace Park represents its citizens’ solemn desire for world peace.
